17-18 November :: REFLECTIONS ON DECISION-MAKING

Decision-making is a key qualification in the 21th century. This training will introduce you to a method
of structured decision-making that helps you to take self-determined and cooperative decisions in the

future.

In a world of flat hierarchies, diverse lifestyles and manifold options, we need to be able to make quick,
confident and appropriate decisions. We are challenged to develop mature answers to the multiple
questions we face every day, both in our professional and in our private lives. Sometimes we may feel

overwhelmed by this challenge and wish to be able to decide more easily.

Architectural techniques can be useful whenever you need to create your own backbone for decisions.

My aim is to transfer insights from this field to a wider audience with this interactive training format.

In this workshop, you will…
– become familiar with different aspects of decision-making
– train a structured method to make decisions, for both individuals and groups

– understand multiple approaches of implementing decisions
