The researcher should help analyze and develop a robust marketing plan that leverages events, publications, networks, university, and incubator structures, while also exploring online and offline advertising options.

Additionally, we are seeking a Unique Selling Proposition (USP) specifically tailored to the different user groups. Assumptions we are already to test:

  • innovation and creativity can be significant drivers for start-ups by offering access to our COCOLAB., a cutting-edge maker’s space within Coconat. This innovative feature encourages teams to approach problems from entirely new perspectives, complementing the natural environment and other productivity measures Coconat already provides.
  • Nature will be a factor that is actively sought after as thought workers dive deeper into AI work processes. Nature is and always has been a significant USP for Coconat that sets us apart from city based creative hubs.
  • The combination of the above 2 mentioned USPs may be a guide for us to set ourselves apart from the current rise in workation offerings in Brandenburg.
  • Coconat is a thought leader in Future of Work, for many reasons, but most importantly as the first workation retreat in Europe. We are now seeking the best ways to show how Future of Work concepts will actively play a role in sustainability efforts.
