Our team is looking for


As Community Manager, you are the face of Coconat and the first point of contact on arrival. Your job is to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in which our guests can network and get in touch with each other. Our day-to-day coordinator has your back and takes care of all the administrative tasks of the day.

Your area of responsibility

  1. Guest greeting and reception service:
    • You introduce the guests to the Coconat concept and premises, and make sure that they feel welcome from the very first moment.
    • You ensure that the formalities for hotel guests, coworkers, and other services are fulfilled correctly.
    • Active consulting and upselling of additional bookable services.
    • First point of contact for guests, external service providers, suppliers and spontaneous visitors.
  2. Community and event management:
    • You actively integrate our guests into the community by connecting people with similar topics and interests.
    • You make sure the coworking spaces are tidy and stock the bar with coffee, tea and snacks.
    • Digital communication with guests on site via digital channels such as Slack & Telegram.
    • Support for small happenings, organization of planned community events and other activities.
    • Planning and implementation of internal and external events.
  3. Daily updated booking management:
    • Overview of the current booking status and availability.
    • Updating and processing booking inquiries and providing services as required.
    • Invoicing, payment processing and checkout.
    • Representation of our coordination and takeover of bookings in case of vacation and illness.
  1. An additional individual project is also possible, depending on experience.


Your qualification

  • You enjoy being a host, actively engage with people, and like to connect with others.
  • You are well organized, work independently, and don’t lose your cool even when the workload is high.
  • You remain open and friendly, even when things get a little busier. A chat with coworkers while you clean and stock the counter of our bar is relaxed for you and not exhausting multi-tasking.
  • You have a hands-on mentality, which means you proactively tackle things yourself when the situation makes it easier.
  • Ideally, you already have knowledge in the use of booking systems, Google programs or are not afraid to familiarize yourself with new programs.
  •  You have fluent language skills in German and English, other languages are an advantage.
  • You are fascinated by innovative environments, like entrepreneurial spirit and can identify with the special features of Coconat.

Your conditions

Place of work: Bad Belzig, OT Klein Glien

Start of work: from July 2024 (later entry possible)

Scope: Part-time, at least 2 days/week, working hours are planned from Monday to Sunday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

First of all, we would like to honestly state that due to our character as a tourism start-up oriented towards the common good, with limited rooms and without financially strong investors, we pay the usual market hotel salaries. But we are more than just a hotel, we have a lot of experience, future prospects, and a lively network of visionaries who want to make a lasting difference, courageous start-ups and initiatives as well as established companies.
