BOOKING & RESERVATIONS (f/m/d)

Location: Coconat – Brandenburg (with flexible working hours)
Start: As soon as possible
Working hours: 25 hours/week

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and friendly Booking & Reservations Agent to take care of guest communication and booking processes at Coconat.

This role is key to ensuring a smooth, professional and welcoming experience for our guests – from their first inquiry to their arrival.

You’ll be the main point of contact for bookings and will help keep our systems organized and up to date.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming booking requests via email, phone and booking platforms
  • Handle reservations in our booking system (e.g. MEWS)
  • Respond to inquiries within agreed timeframes, typically within one business day
  • Prepare arrival lists and guest information
  • Support invoicing and payment tracking
  • Maintain booking overviews and occupancy planning
  • Continuously improve and streamline our booking processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (English required, German a plus)
  • An organized and detail-oriented way of working
  • Comfortable working with digital tools and booking systems
  • Reliable and responsive – consistency is particularly important in this role
  • A friendly and service-minded attitude
  • Ability to work independently on-site with flexible scheduling

Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality, coworking or tourism
  • Familiarity with MEWS or similar booking systems
  • Experience handling group bookings or retreats

Important

This role requires regular on-site presence at Coconat, but working hours can be arranged flexibly throughout the week. The key is reliability and timely responses to guest inquiries.
