Our team is looking for


As a Galaxy Manager, you will work closely with our Community Managers and ensure that they can concentrate fully on looking after guests. You communicate with all team members on site and have an overall view of all processes on the day.

Your area of responsibility

  1. Daily coordination:
    • Planning and communication of daily processes in the areas of community management, reception, cleaning, repairs, temporary staff and kitchen.
    • Planning and structuring the daily routine and handing over all relevant information and pending work to the teams.
    • Contact person for our operational teams for day-to-day issues.
    • Short-term personnel planning in the event of absences.
  2. Space management:
    • Prepare meeting rooms and check the quality of common areas.
    • Communication of repairs and special cleaning.
    • Quality control of all processes and results.
    • Ordering materials for daily operations and beverages, including stock control.
  3. Bookings & Event Management:
    • Processing booking inquiries for overnight stays, event rooms and additional services (by email, telephone)
    • Replacing our concierge and taking over group bookings in the event of vacation or illness.
    • Support in event management.

An additional individual project is also possible, depending on experience, for example optimization of personnel accounting, quality control or other special processes.

Your qualification

    • You are fascinated by innovative environments, like entrepreneurial spirit and can identify with the special features of Coconat.
    • You are solution-oriented and keep an overview in confusing moments.
    • You enjoy planning for others while maintaining an overall view.
    • You would describe yourself as a disciplined, structured & well-organized person.
    • Ideally, you already have knowledge in the administration of booking systems or are not afraid to familiarize yourself with new programs
    • You have a good knowledge of common office programs and Excel spreadsheets give you a good overview.
    • You are fluent in German and English and feel comfortable in international contexts.
    • You enjoy dealing with complex booking inquiries and like to communicate in writing and are upto manage bookings for 1-5 people.

Start of work: from July 2024 (later entry possible)

Scope: Part-time, at least 2 days/week, working hours are planned from Monday to Friday from 8:30 – 12:30.
