About the Flämingo Startup Accelerator

The Flämingo Startup Accelerator is a six-month, non-equity program for early growth-stage startups in Mobility & Logistics and ICT & Creative Industries. We focus on growth, investment-readiness, and industry connections, backed by 30+ years of experience and a strong network of strategic partners, customers, and investors.

Run from the Flämingo Startup Hub in Brandenburg’s countryside — just one hour from Berlin — the program blends business expertise with personal growth, offering a nature-based coworking space, one-month founder residencies, and a supportive, diverse community. (More about the Accelerator)

General Goals

Flämingo Startup Hub aims to establish a high-impact innovation hub and accelerator in rural Brandenburg, with international reach. Its goals are to attract and anchor innovative startups in the region, support their growth and scaling, and contribute to Brandenburg’s positioning as a future-oriented, diverse, and sustainable business location. Through a six-month accelerator, strong local networks, and a unique rural coliving experience, the project fosters long-term company settlement, supports female and international founders, and strengthens key clusters: mobility & logistics, ICT & creative industries, and health & wellbeing.

The Residency

A one-month co-living and co-working experience at Gutshof Glien (Coconat A Workation Retreat):
Support with relocation, migration, and integration — including German courses if desired
Deep focus time and retreat into nature
Shared living with other founders for bonds that last
Four Fläming Safaris to explore Brandenburg’s culture, economy, and opportunities
