How often do we get caught up in stressing about Christmaspreperation tasks and ending the year To-Dos? When actually December once was supposed to be the time to slow-down, remember what really matters and act on that, rather than react to outer expectations. We will use these two hours to let go of what stresses us, using different techniques like EFT-Tapping, Meditation, mindful Bodywork and sharing. As well as just being with each other, eating christmascookies, drinking hot chocolate and gently stepping back into what matters to us.
