Gemeinsam anpacken – mit freier Übernachtung, Essen und Frühlingsspaß
Der Frühling kommt – und mit ihm unser gemeinsamer Subbotnik bei Coconat.
Wir laden alle herzlich ein, ein paar Tage mit uns anzupacken und gemeinsam unser Gelände für die neue Saison vorzubereiten. Als Dankeschön gibt es freie Übernachtung und Verpflegung für alle Helfer*innen – und auch Familien sind herzlich willkommen und können kostenlos mitkommen.
📅 28.–31. März
🛏 Übernachtung möglich: 27. März – 1. April
🕙 Arbeitszeiten: täglich 10:00 – 16:00 Uhr
Je nach Anzahl der Helferinnen kümmern wir uns um verschiedene Aufgaben rund um das Gelände. Wenn viele Menschen zusammenkommen (**10+ Helferinnen**), planen wir zusätzlich auch Garten- und Outdoor-Projekte, damit alles für den Frühling vorbereitet ist.
Nach der gemeinsamen Arbeit bleibt genug Zeit für Lagerfeuer, Sauna, Spaziergänge durch die Natur und gutes Essen in der Gemeinschaft.
Wenn du Lust hast, ein paar Tage mit uns draußen zu arbeiten, neue Menschen kennenzulernen und Teil der Coconat-Community zu sein, melde dich gerne bei uns.

Coconat ist ein in Brandenburg ansässiges Sozialunternehmen im Bereich Neues Arbeiten, das seit fast 9 Jahren in der ländlichen Entwicklung aktiv ist.
Wir engagieren uns in gesellschaftlichen Initiativen und setzen unsere Gewinne ein, um Projekte zu Migration, Mobilität, Medien und Innovation insbesondere im Hohen Fläming voranzubringen.
In diesem Jahr schultern wir drei größere Investitionsprojekte:
→Das gemeinschaftliche Wohnprojekt Kleinst Glien mit 10 Wohnungen und 10 Cabañas (Tiny Houses)

Spring Subbotnik at Coconat 🌱
Spring is coming—and with it our community Subbotnik at Coconat.
We warmly invite everyone to join us for a few days of hands-on work as we prepare the Coconat grounds for the new season. As a thank you, all helpers receive free accommodation and meals during their stay—and families are very welcome to join and can stay for free as well.

🛏 Stay possible: March 27 – April 1
🕙 Working hours: daily 10:00–16:00
Depending on how many people join, we’ll take care of different tasks around the property and buildings. If many people come (10+ helpers), we’ll also organize garden and outdoor projects to get everything ready for spring.
After the workday, there will be plenty of time to enjoy what makes Coconat special: campfires, sauna, walks in nature, and shared meals together.
If you’d like to spend a few days outdoors, meet new people, and be part of the Coconat community while helping us get ready for the season, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re hiring: Guest Services & Booking Coordinator (maternity cover, part-time)
Start date: 19 January 2026
Location: Bad Belzig, OT Klein Glien
Hours: 10–20 hours/week
Pay: 15€/hour
Coconat – short for “community and concentrated work in nature” – is a rural hub for workation, coworking, and coliving. We’re a social impact company focused on building inclusive, inspiring, and community-driven spaces. Our international team and guests come from around the world, but we’re deeply rooted in our Brandenburg village life.
We’re looking for someone to step in as maternity cover for our Guest Relations & Booking Coordinator – ideally starting with training on January 19, 2026.
🧩 What you’ll do
This role is all about keeping guest experiences running smoothly – especially for group bookings and community guests. Your tasks will include:
- Responding to booking inquiries via email and platforms
- Greeting group arrivals and providing basic guest support on-site
- Supporting team communication and helping with light coordination tasks
- Preparing group check-ins and managing simple follow-up steps
- Counting the cash box and keeping basic records
- Being the friendly person who connects with guests and team members alike
🎯 What we’re looking for
- Friendly and reliable, with a calm and welcoming presence
- Comfortable with communication in German and English
- Able to stay organized and work independently
- Experience in hospitality, coworking, or coliving is a big plus
- Experience using MEWS a HUGE plus
- Willing to work on-site and handle real-time questions from teams and guests
- Confident using email, calendars, and basic tools – and quick to learn new systems
