We offer guests a special Christmas menu again!
This year, our guests will feast on:
**Starters
->>Beetroot salad with grapes and walnuts
->>Winter field salad with pears and blue cheese
->>Creamy chestnut soup (alternatively if desired:
Pumpkin-Coconut Soup)
**Main course
->>meaty variation: ragout of game from the neighboring forests with
caramelized root vegetables and spaetzle
->> vegetarian version: roast walnut with caramelized root vegetables
and spaetzle + cranberry jam or caramel sauce
**Dessert
->>crispy plum crumble with spiced cream and vanilla ice cream or
Cassis sorbet (vegan)
