Our vegetarian cuisine, prepared by our kitchen collective, is inspired by dishes from all over the world. We use regional and seasonal food, and creatively using what is at hand. We have a set menu, which reduces food waste. Eating together in a cosy atmosphere creates the opportunity for exchange and inspiration.
