Oft ist unsere Aufmerksamkeit mit Plänen, Vorstellungen und To Do-Listen beschäftigt. Momente des Innehaltens und der Besinnung werden in unserer schneller und komplexer werdenden Welt, mit permanentem Anspruch an Erreichbarkeit und Multi-Tasking, seltener. Viele von uns erleben vermehrt emotionale Anspannung und mentale Rastlosigkeit sowie körperliche Belastung durch einen chronisch erhöhten Stresshormonspiegel.

MBSR ist ein von Prof. Jon Kabat-Zinn an der Universitätsklinik in Worcester entwickeltes säkulares Trainingsprogramm zur Schulung der Achtsamkeit. Es beinhaltet kontemplative Praktiken sowie wissenschaftlich fundierte Ansätze aus Psychologie und Stressforschung. Es wird mittlerweile weltweit mit großem Erfolg im Gesundheitsbereich, in pädagogischen und sozialen Einrichtungen sowie in Unternehmen wie z.B. Google, BASF und SAP eingesetzt.

Trainingsinhalte

  • Einübung achtsamer Körperwahrnehmung (Body Scan)
  • Achtsamkeit im Sitzen (Meditation) und in Bewegung (Yoga)
  • Achtsamkeitsschulung auch während alltäglicher Verrichtungen
  • Selbstreflexion über stressverschärfende Gedanken und Muster
  • Erkennen und lösen von automatischen Stress-Reaktions-Zyklen
  • Selbstempathie – Umgang mit Gefühlen wie Ärger, Trauer, Angst

SCHEDULE

We start Thursday at 11 am.
The retreat ends at 17:00 on Saturday – but feel free to stay longer!

09:30: 40min kick-off and Productivity workshop
10:10: Focus time
13:00: lunch + free time -walk in nature
15:30: Focus time
19:00: dinner
(20:00pm: mastermind)

The day has 6hrs of structured focus-time for you to work on your own projects, privately.
We also includes some meditation, stretching, light exercise to keep our energy levels high!
The lunch breaks are 2.5hrs long.

The 20min workshops will cover:
1- Flowstates & deep-focus,
2- creating effectiveness systems
3- a topic chosen by the group

Coconat awarded ‘Demographic Example of the Month’ Prize

What an Honour! Coconat was awarded the “Demographics Example of the Month” by the State of Brandenburg. The head of the State Chancellery, Thomas Kralinski, handed over the award yesterday to Janosch Dietrich and Julianne Becker, representing the entire Coconat team. “We are very pleased that they are enriching our region with their project,” said Krallinski. “They make an important contribution to the fact that the Fläming is increasingly becoming an attractive starting point for young, creative people.”
