We’re hiring: Guest Services & Booking Coordinator (maternity cover, part-time)

Hours: 10–20 hours/week
Pay: 15€/hour

Coconat – short for “community and concentrated work in nature” – is a rural hub for workation, coworking, and coliving. We’re a social impact company focused on building inclusive, inspiring, and community-driven spaces. Our international team and guests come from around the world, but we’re deeply rooted in our Brandenburg village life.

We’re looking for someone to step in as maternity cover for our Guest Relations & Booking Coordinator – ideally starting with training on January 19, 2026.

🧩 What you’ll do

This role is all about keeping guest experiences running smoothly – especially for group bookings and community guests. Your tasks will include:

Responding to booking inquiries via email and platforms
Greeting group arrivals and providing basic guest support on-site
Supporting team communication and helping with light coordination tasks
Preparing group check-ins and managing simple follow-up steps
Counting the cash box and keeping basic records
Being the friendly person who connects with guests and team members alike

🎯 What we’re looking for

Friendly and reliable, with a calm and welcoming presence
Comfortable with communication in German and English
Able to stay organized and work independently
Experience in hospitality, coworking, or coliving is a big plus
Experience using MEWS a HUGE plus
Willing to work on-site and handle real-time questions from teams and guests
Confident using email, calendars, and basic tools – and quick to learn new systems
